AOS Celebrates Nickelodeon’s 12th Annual WWDoP
New York – Sept. 14, 2015 – Art of Stepping is excited to announce its celebration of Nickelodeon’s 12th Annual Worldwide Day of Play (WWDoP) health and wellness initiative, with its participation in the signature WWDoP event hosted in the Nethermead in Brooklyn’s Prospect Park on Saturday, Sept. 19 at 9:00am.
Worldwide Day of Play is part of Nickelodeon’s The Big Help health and wellness efforts and continues the network’s legacy of promoting positive messages to its viewers. The Big Help includes grant programs that help fund fitness and nutrition programs in local communities across the U.S., public service announcements, a dedicated website that provide kids with more information on ways they can get healthy, games and more. Through Nickelodeon’s health and wellness efforts over the past 11 years, millions of kids have pledged to get healthy.
“As a national partner for WWDoP for the 4th year in a row, our goal was to mobilize our communities by providing free workshops and classes to help activate minds and bodies in one shot,” said Jessica Marie Saul, founder and president of the Art of Stepping. “With great excitement, we have been able to coordinate activities in four states and cannot wait to see the outcome as we head into this week’s events.”
Live we will be teaching the our unique trademarked/copyrighted program that teaches dance through mathematics. Those who stop by our table will receive free promotional items and information on how to get active.
