Title: Site Coordinator
Location: NY – New York
Division: STEAM Programming
Travel: 100% (local and will travel to assigned client on-site)
Compensation: $20.00 per hour. Part-Time.
Role Type: Non-Exempt, Not Overtime Eligible Employee on W2 OR Independent Contractors (Form 1099) who are self-employed and/or incorporated.

Your Role: Will work directly under the direction of the President & CEO and/or Management to teach AOS’ trademarked/copyrighted STEAM program. Will provide required daily and ad-hoc reporting to HR/Reporting Specialist and/or President & CEO depending on circumstances that may arise. Be assigned to a client (educational facility) to instruct the AOS curriculum trademarked/copyrighted program. Will require successful completion of AOS Stepping & Company unpaid training from the President & CEO with heavy emphasis on AOS’ copyrighted “choreography coding” and system.
Bachelor’s Degree or work experience equivalence (i.e. teaching or instruction > 1 year)
Must be able to attend 3-day, unpaid on-site training. This training must be successfully completed in order to get role.
Must have access to a computer, laptop, online (wi-fi and data), email and cell-phone daily.
Must have computer skills (i.e. knowledge of MS Office (MS Word &MS Excel), Social Media)
Must be able to travel daily or when required to assigned contracted client location
Individuals who enjoy the arts, mathematics, physical activity and working with children (K-12)
Ability to work independently and with limited supervision
Manage one’s own time and others time efficiently
Using logic and reasoning to identify approaches to problems, know when to escalate issues up the chain of command
