Andrew Lozoskie is a Baltimore native, New York transplant.  Driven, Charismatic and full of life.  Drew moved to the Big Apple to pursue a career in his passion of dancing within the Hip Hop industry last September.  He is a single 27 year old dude living the Harlem lifestyle as he resides uptown.  Some of his interests include dancing (made mention several times, lol), hanging with friends, engaging in all the fun the city has to offer while maintaining a very well rounded cultural affluence.  Very well in tune with the atmosphere of Social Injustice and loves to spark debates within his circle to enlighten others of the systemic issues flooding our timelines.  Has received National recognition by the NCAA for his standout abilities to be an exemplary model for his teammates while in the arena of his Alma Mater Lacrosse program.  Beginning a new path can be very intimidating but Drew is eager to walk down this new and exciting path set before him.

Charmel Mcfarlane,  was born and raised in the Bronx (New York). She attended The City College of New York where she studied Psychology and Secondary Math Education. With creating 3 successful step teams as well as coaching more than 5 step teams to awards shows such as the Disney Step Classic, this is only the beginning. He puts 110% in all that he does and if you combine that with hard work and dedication with a love for teaching that makes me a wonderful Site Coordinator which is what makes him.

Once introduced to the intimacy and creative art form, Nikki was hooked for life. Combining her love of step and yearning for youth development Nikki introduced step to elementary children in Williamsburg. It boosted their confidence in school, provided them with discipline, kept them off the streets and gave them alternatives for a healthy lifestyle.
