AOS wants to inform you that when you use the AOS Service / App, in case of error in the app AOS may collect data/information on your phone called “Log Data”. This Log Data may include information such as your devices’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, configuration of the Service / App, time & date of your use of the Service / App and other statistics when utilizing the AOS Service / App..

The AOS Service / App does address minors, anyone under the age of 18. Per Federal Law anyone under the age of majority (age 18) is considered a minor. However, at the State, Municipality, etc. levels the age of majority and classification of a minor depends upon jurisdiction and application. Presently, AOS does NOT knowingly collect personal identifiable information form children under the age of majority (18). In the event, AOS discovered that a child under the age of majority (18) provided AOS with personal information, AOS will immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided AOS with personal information, please contact AOS so that AOS will be able to perform the necessary actions.
